Our Policy
- Prices: Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notification.
- Credits/Returns: Credit will not be issued without obtaining a Return Authorization (RA) number from our Customer Service Department and must be identified within 10 days after receipt of shipment and returned within 20 days after. Once the RA number is verified and goods received, an internal assessment will determine the amount of credit issued. Each credit return will be determined on a situational basis. Goods received after 60 days from the invoice date will not receive credit. In the rare instance of a defect occurring in a product within 30 days after the retail sale, a copy of the sales receipt must be provided in order for a customer to receive credit or replacement. There will be a 20% restocking fee for all stock items returned for non-warranty issues.
- Cancellation of orders: orders accepted will be subject to a cancellation fee based upon the status of the order in our plant at the time of cancellation.
- Custom orders that we have created artwork for and are cancelled will be subject to a fee based upon the number of colors in the artwork.
- Proposition 65: If the product is distributed into the state of California, it may be subject to Proposition 65 notification.
- Payments can be made by check or credit card (Visa & MasterCard accepted). Net 30 terms are available upon request - customer must complete Net 30 application and terms are
subject to approval by Accounting Dept.
